DAVID LAWHORN

Mr. David Lawhorn has nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 1984, he founded Alliance Management Corp, an investment and property management firm which years later merged with Compass Management to form Compass Alliance Real Estate Services. This resulted in the largest full service real estate firm in San Antonio with properties in seven states. During his 16 years with the firm, Mr. Lawhorn had direct commercial and multi-family responsibility management for over two billion in assets and supervised a brokerage staff that generated over $600 million in leasing and sales. In 1997 Mr. Lawhorn joined Investment Realty Co, where he provides brokerage services and asset management & consultation for investors, developers and institutional clients in the multi family sector. Mr. Lawhorn has a solid history of institutional and private equity sales.

RON GLASER

Mr. Ron Glaser specializes in the area of Multi-Family Investments and has 16 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. During his Real Estate career, Glaser has spent 6 years as the President of an upper midwest Property Management company that had over 8,000 units in its portfolio. In addition, he has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for 9 years. During that time, he has assisted investors in the acquisitions and dispositions of their assets totaling over $100,000,000. Glaser has also assisted individuals with 1031 Exchanges, provided a variety of Real Estate Consulting Services to various organizations and individuals, and has served as a Multi-Family Asset Manager. With his in-depth understanding of the many aspects of Multi-Family Operations, Glaser has also been involved with the development and oversight of numerous property "new construction" and rehabilitation projects. His only objective is to work with his clients and insure that they meet their financial goals.
